Welcome to the new Enchanted Toy Chest website. I hope you enjoy some of the new features we’ve added. I’m really proud of the new look and hopefully you guys enjoy it also. So I’ve been asking myself, where do we go from here?

Well before I can answer that question I have to look at where we’ve come from. Five years ago I launched Enchanted Toy Chest. It sprung from my passion for collecting action figures and my desire to work with something I love. After brainstorming with my wife for ideas and names, she came up with “Enchanted Toy Chest” and the website was born.

Slowly and steadily our business has grow over the last 5 years. We expanded out inventory, added more toy lines, branched out onto sites like E-Bay and Amazon but we never lost sight of why people continue to return….customer service. I know collectors like yourself want to know as much as they can about the figures your passionate about. Communication with the client is the most important aspect of this business and that is what I have done since day one. This blog your reading will be the launching pad for all future announcements and updates. We’ll still post on some of our favorite forums as well but the blog will always go up first.

As we move forward our business continues to evolve. This week we launched the all new web site including a new logo and many cool features to make shopping even easier. We’ve also added a new toll free phone number, 1-888-966-TOYS (8697), so it’s even easier for you to reach us. But all this is just the beginning of something even bigger.

Next week we physically move our operation to a larger warehouse facility. This means more room to add more product, more toy lines and more selection. Our shipping operation is getting a larger area to operate out of with improvements designed to streamline the overall process. This means even faster shipping and better service. We’ve also singed a new agreement with FedEx so we can bring you even cheaper shipping rates without sacrificing the service you have come to enjoy.
