Enchanted Toy Chest offers the following Returns Policy: If you are not happy, you may return the product for a refund provided it is not opened and the package is resalable condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Advance Order Cancellation:  All advance orders can be cancelled but they will be charged a 10% restocking fee.  Please contact us at EnchantedToyChest@sbcglobal.net or at (618) 659-0101 with any questions.

Payment Policy:  Advanced orders will not be charged until the item is in stock and ready to ship.  PLEASE NOTE:  When a pre-order is placed, the credit card processing company will verify funds through an authorization.  This will remove the amount of the purchase from your available credit for 30 days.  IF YOU USE A DEBIT CARD, FUNDS WILL BE REMOVED FROM YOUR ACCOUNT FOR 30 DAYS PENDING AUTHORIZATION.  Pay Pal transactions are also subject to this process.  after 30 days, if the item has not shipped then the available credit or funds will be released.  This is the policy of our credit card processing company, Pay Pal and we have no control over it. 

In the event the payment information you provide is not valid or has expired, we will make a reasonable attempt to contact you for updated information.  Your order will be held for up to 5 days while any issues are being resolved.  After 5 days the items may be re-listed for sale if payment is not received.
