Payment Policies
We don’t charge your credit card until the items are in stock and ready to ship. In the event that you purchase multiple items on the same invoice, your card will be charged for items that are currently in stock and for all shipping fees.
Using Pay Pal
Due to the nature of Pay Pal, if you use your Pay Pal account to make a purchase then funds for your purchase will be collected immediately. This will apply to all advance orders as well. Please contact us with any questions you may have.
Combine Shipping
Multiple items placed on the same order will ship at the same time. In the event that one item is in stock and another is not, we will hold the stock item until the rest of the order arrives. If you don’t want to wait to receive your items then please place it on a separate order.
Cancelation
All orders that are cancelled will be charged a 15% termination fee. Any items that were paid using Pay Pal will be refunded minus the fee. Any Pay Pal fees that are incurred due to the refund are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns
All sales are final. In select cases we can accept returns for replacement product. This is done on a case by case basis. Please contact first. Items that are defective are the responsibility of the manufacturer and we recommend you contact them regarding a replacement item.
Defective Items
At shipping we try and inspect all items for any obvious defects. This includes obvious defects but doesn’t include paint applications. In the event that the item is defective we encourage you to contact the manufacturer directly. Any issues that arise due to shipping are our responsibility and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
